Because of our particular circumstances, we needed a quick sale, but still at a good price. Further, their strong integrity was clear when they identified an error on settlement that saw that they were overpaid on the agreed commission. They were the first to pick it up, and started the process to refund the excess immediately and notified us within hours of the settlement.
