As one could imagine, the selling of one's home which has been in the family for almost 70 years is a big decision. It is even more stressful when as the seller's brother I am interstate some 970km away. Jacob took on my house and He had no idea what Lat ahead". We went thru fallen contracts, builders reports that made rooms short of legal height by an eyelash. You get that.
