We bought a property through Jacob in 2021. As we then decided it was not suitable for our needs we decided to sell it. Jacob constantly monitored the market for us. He initially advised us that we should not sell as the market was not right. He proactively kept an eye on the market for us. He then contacted us in late 2023 and said that the market had recovered for us to sell at the price we needed. We listed through him and smoothly achieved a sale. Now waiting on settlement.
