Within 2 open houses after a market valuation was provided I was presented with 2 offers above expectation! Jacob and his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with, reply to queries very quickly and made the experience seamless. I could not recommend more highly.
From the beginning, Jacob was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and professional. The most impressive thing about Jacob was his ability to communicate the process and his thoughts and strategies to me in a digestible manner. I never felt forced into anything and he was able to guide me to a result which was way above expectation. He quickly digested the market and understood the best approach to getting a result that was right for me. If you are in the market and you want someone that is passionate and knowledgeable, Jacob is your agent!
Jacob and Jade were amazing to deal with - very warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and ended up getting us a great result, better than we imagined.. Would Highly recommend them to everyone who wants agents who genuinely care about their clients!
Jacob and Jade are consummate professionals in every sense of the phrase - nothing was too difficult, very easy to communicate with and spoke in real language, not that fancy Agent speak..! Very down to earth and personable, Jacob and Jade were able to not only sell out home, but assisted us with purchasing our Forever home as well, and incredibly stressful situation made less so by these Superstar's..! Thanks Jacob and Jade, we truly appreciate you!
Jacob was a pleasure to deal with from the very first open home, where he took time to show me personally through the apartment and answer any questions I had. He was always prompt in answering/responding to any phone calls/emails/messages. And kept me updated throughout the entire purchasing process. It was nice to have someone friendly and approachable as Jacob to assist through the purchasing of my first property.
Jacob has a wealth of knowledge about real estate. He is honest, approachable, and patient. Jacob has responded quickly to our questions and queries. He helped us to buy a property navigating various pitfalls with integrity and professionalism.
Jacob has 1 property for sale and sold 11 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
