We first met Jacob months before choosing to list. Our home is so unusual it was difficult for the realtors we contacted to value it. If I were to do this again I would have a property valuer come in and do a pre-sale valuation as my asking price guide. We went with Jacob as we connected with his passionate approach to selling our home. He didn't make any empty promises. He let us sit with the idea of selling our home till we were ready to list then he got back to us promptly.
