After making an acceptable offer on our home, Jacob’s customer service was exceptional. He was easy and accomodating to schedule inspections through, and responsive to queries throughout the exchange and settlement process. Small improvements could be made in the early days (ie we didn’t get a response to our first offer), but once we got to know him, he was great. The special touches after settlement were very much appreciated.
