We recently purchased a property through Jade and had a good experience throughout the process. Jade was very friendly and helpful at the inspection and volunteered helpful information. The negotiation process was handled through our buyers advocate, but it was efficient, balanced and transparent. Post contract signing, Jade has been helpful in communicating with the vendors around pre-settlement activities.
