We recently purchased a property through Jade and had a good experience throughout the process. She was very informative during the inspection, taking the time to answer questions honestly and thoroughly without any pressure. She was also responsive for our B&P inspection to be completed. The boardroom auction process itself was relatively simple, well managed, and we were given enough time to properly consider each bid without feeling rushed, which made the experience much less stressful. Following the purchase, the guidance provided around next steps, timelines, and the settlement process was clear and helpful.
