Over the years of purchasing properties I had thought that I have met them all, sales people that tell you what they think you want to hear, make false promises, lack communication and simply give you the run around. Jade is the turn of this stigma. Her service was straight to the point, no fuss, fantastic communication and always came through with everything that she committed too. I was renting when my house went on the market. I found Jade to be very friendly and helpful in the process of my rental being sold and she did her best to find another investor to buy the property. There was always clear communication in the process of this and she always put my needs first when showing prospective buyers through my house. The whole experience was made smooth with Jade and I was happy with her friendly manner I could not have asked for a better person for the job. In the end she did find a investor for the house that I live in so I could stay in the rental I was currently renting.
