Jade was very friendly and helpful throughout the process of upgrading the house, marketing and during the sale process. She gave me excellent advice on what was needed to be done to the house to improve the auction result. She followed up everything especially the people that had inspected the house which was very useful in determining the serious bidders at the auction.
