Jade Prior

Huge thanks to Jade for helping me secure my new unit! She works with incredible speed—as soon as I put in my offer, she got it accepted by the owner right away. The whole deal was wrapped up in no time. Fantastic and efficient service!

It was a pleasure working with Jade for the sale of my unit. She was most professional, communicated regularly, had excellent market knowledge and was able to negotiate an excellent sale price in less than a week.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jade Prior. From our first meeting through to settlement, she demonstrated exceptional professionalism, market knowledge, and attention to detail. Jade was always responsive, kept me informed throughout the process, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. I particularly appreciated her honest advice and excellent communication. Thanks to Jade’s expertise and dedication, I felt confident every step of the way. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property and would not hesitate to work with her again in the future.

James and Jade were organised, friendly & knowledgeable. They made the experience of selling our unit very smooth and we are so happy with the result. The sale went through faster than we thought due to their adaptability to the market. Danielle helped prepare the unit and did an amazing job getting tradespeople at great prices to fix up painting flooring curtains etc. She took all the stress out of getting everything ready. Preparing the unit like this made all the difference to how the sale went and the price we achieved.

I knew Jade from purchasing our new home, where she supported us throughout the entire buying and settlement process and consistently went above and beyond. When it came time to sell my old apartment, Jade was my first choice as our selling agent, as I had confidence in her professionalism, dedication, and market knowledge. Throughout the sales campaign, Jade remained proactive, hardworking, and solution-focused at all times, providing clear guidance and practical support at every stage of the process. She is always patient and caring. She took the time to communicate promptly, provide timely and honest feedback, and kept me informed at an early opportunity. Jade also demonstrated her resilience, especially when we encountered a few challenges along the way. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful experience feel well-managed and supported. I am grateful for her efforts and highly recommend Jade to anyone looking for a reliable, committed, and genuinely supportive real estate agent.

Jade Prior, in conjunction with James Bennett, conducted the sales process for the auction of our property which resulted in an excellent outcome for us. Jade is a courteous, considerate representative of the industry and her manner with us and obviously with the prospective purchasers was evidence of her interest in her work and her willingness to listen and learn during the process.
