Jade took care of everything from: sales of the house, contacting the builder to repair the building structural defects, and finding a back up builder just incase the builder wouldn't commit to their structural defects in order to finalise the sale. After the sale, she kept persisting with the builder to commit a date of repair (booked in three times and this took over 3 months for the builder to repair). The Only thing I wouldn't have is her recommendation of Natalie Rann as a settlement agent. I had to keep persisting to get the Strata fees and building fees released. It was annoying. Thank you Jade, it was worth the cost which I wasn't sure at first but not having the hassle and the dread of dealing with builders and follow ups was a great feeling. I get the saying now "You get what you pay for"
