I had an overall excellent experience with Jade. She's really an expert on the Southern Suburb area. What I thought we would achieve was less than what she thought. I presumed she was being overly optimistic to land the job. I was totally wrong. The sale price achieved was way in excess of what I expected. That was with very minimal stress at my side and she was always available to "talk me off the ledge" with my tendency to presume it would end in frustration. She's very easy to deal with, very knowledgeable but I think the best referral I can give her is that she's just very calm and confident.
