Jade Shani was our real-estate agent, who was dealing with the sale of our rental property. Jade defiantly worked for us and not the buyer in this situation as that is what I required and needed, I also needed a real estate that would take charge and help with any extra dealings (like little jobs and needing tradie to finish extra works that were required).
