Once we chose Jade as our preferred agent she made the rest of the process very easy. throughout the process Jade kept us well informed on what was going on and assisted us in sorting out various issues. Our sale had its challenges for Jade. We had tenants moving out at the time as we went off on an overseas trip. The tenants left gear behind which Jade arranged to have removed. There were also a couple of items to get sorted around smoke alarms etc. and Jade arranged having this sorted as well.
