Excellent from start to finish. we where well informed about what was happening all the way. Jade Shani turned out to be the right agent for our property. A couple of viewings and it was done and dusted. The outcome was above expectations. I can only recommend Jade to anyone that is looking for a great agent.
Jade was absolutely amazing with the sale of our house. I was a bit hesitant, until meeting with Jade for the first time. I knew we were in great safe hands. Jade is very professional, flexible and very know of the area, house ect which made the process stress free and exciting for the next step.
Jade is very knowledgeable about the property market and knows how to get the best price possible when negotiating a sale. Research of the local market enabled a speady sale. Jade displays a very professional style of conducting business. Communication through the process was perfect. We were informed of the process and kept up to date with the progress of all enquiries. I would recommend Jade to any prospective sellers who are looking for a seamless, professional and successful sale.
Jade Shani was our real-estate agent, who was dealing with the sale of our rental property. Jade defiantly worked for us and not the buyer in this situation as that is what I required and needed, I also needed a real estate that would take charge and help with any extra dealings (like little jobs and needing tradie to finish extra works that were required). Jade was reliable every step of the way and it didn't take her long to get our buyer and sort out the sale of our rental. Jade made sure she got the best price and at no stage did she push us into decision that would make us second guess ourselves. So basically, Jade made it extremely easy and stress free for the sale of our rental and I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is selling a home and if I ever needed to purchase a home, I think she would be just as brilliant to deal with. So, my Husband and I wish her all the best with all of her endeavors through life. Cheers For EVERYTHING The Hewitts
Jade recently sold my property after the first home open.. The sale price was well over what I had hoped with 2 offers received on the day. Jade had done her research and went above and beyond to assist getting the property ready for sale. Nothing was a problem. Her professionalism showed through and she could always be contacted. I would not hesitate to recommend Jade for any real estate Transaction. Much Appreciated Jade and Thankyou so much again.
I first met Jade as a “chat” about possibly selling my house , I clicked with her and felt a good vibe…. Anyways i was over seas holiday n to have a think… Got back and we had a formal meeting to sign house up… NOTHING was too hard for Jade to do for me… being computer dumb dumb.. Jade printed forms for me to sign and being a shift worker.. gratefully left in mail box… for me to sign.. Jade is a wealth of knowledge in the Kwinana Area, she is a wonderful lady to work with and for me a great price and experience in selling my house…. Highly recommend her as an agent.
Jade was well prepared with knowledge of current market and listings in the area - highly recommended
When I first tried to sell a house, jade helped with information how to make a house look great and jade’s knowledge and professionalism and her friendliness was so comforting , it was most satisfying experience dealing with jade Shani I highly recommending jade to anyone who wants to sell their property Thank you jade
Jade is a local community member and I have know her through our children’s school for a number of years. It was great to have someone familiar to our family who is local and understands exactly the market conditions that are occurring right now. She guided us through every step and even put provisions into the contract to safeguard against our build completion date getting delayed which actually did happen, and asked us all the right questions to ensure that the contract was made that was going to work best for our circumstances.
Looking for a real estate agent who is professional, has a calm and measured approach and gets the job done with no pressure - look no further than Jade Shani From day 1 Jade had a calm, friendly and relaxed approach. She stepped me through the process of selling a house and identified what needed doing first, second etc. There was no pressure to use her or to sell, we could do it in our own time and call her when we were ready, being a deceased estate this was welcomed relief. Jade was always there to answer any questions, she provided a list of services we could use if needed and was very quick to respond.
Could not be happier with Jade! I'm interstate and needed a quick turnaround - after speaking with Jade it was clear that she was the right choice! Multiple offers and a signed contract in two days - tens of thousands of dollars above our expectations. Fantastic communication skills, if you're selling in the area please give Jade a call
Jade was a pleasure to work with from Start to finish. At the appraisal stage Jade was prompt, efficient and gave great advice regarding price expectation and marketing. Once we chose Jade as our preferred agent she made the rest of the process very easy. throughout the process Jade kept us well informed on what was going on and assisted us in sorting out various issues. Our sale had its challenges for Jade. We had tenants moving out at the time as we went off on an overseas trip. The tenants left gear behind which Jade arranged to have removed. There were also a couple of items to get sorted around smoke alarms etc. and Jade arranged having this sorted as well. We received an offer that exceeded our expectations after the 1st open home and the rest is history!! By the time we had returned from our trip the deal was unconditional and progressing toward settlment. I would absolutly recommend Jade as my agent of choice for any future property sales.
