Jaime is a very approachable estate agent. After inspecting over 100 properties in the last 12 months, I was getting fed up with the churn and burn mentality of many agents and unfulfilled promises of helping to "find" a property. Many of them just want to make "their numbers". It's a really difficult market in Sydney at present and it was getting hard to keep my optimism going. It would be easy to take the easy road since there are more buyers than properties.
