I'd have to say that I am a real novice with anything to do with Real Estate. When it came to choosing an agent, there was only one choice. My letter box was constantly filled with the typical marketing material every other agency produced, but the Ray White Agency had the courtesy to actually ask me what sort of material interested me a few years ago.
