Jake on multiple occasions tried to undercut the sale price to secure a cheaper sale for an associate of his, used his gift of the gab up until auction day to under sell the property's value and used family issues to his advantage having us almost sell prior to auction day for $200k less than the sale price. Jake was unprofessional to the point of our legal representatives having to step in and request he no longer contact anyone in our family prior to the auction. Sellers beware this agent is pro buyer especially if there is personal gain on his behalf.
