Jake on multiple occasions tried to undercut the sale price to secure a cheaper sale for an associate of his, used his gift of the gab up until auction day to under sell the property's value and used family issues to his advantage having us almost sell prior to auction day for $200k less than the sale price. Jake was unprofessional to the point of our legal representatives having to step in and request he no longer contact anyone in our family prior to the auction. Sellers beware this agent is pro buyer especially if there is personal gain on his behalf.

Jake was amazing to work with. He updates you frequently on the process which is very helpful, he was able to negotiate a good price and was able to sell off market on the first day of showing. I am very happy with how it all went and would recommended Jake to anyone wishing to sell or buy. I hope Jake and I are able to work again in the future.
