From the outset, he was always available and answered all our questions, and when he didn’t know the answer, he would find out and get back to us promptly; often calling us after business hours. We were very keen to get the property and even though he was engaged by the sellers, it was clear he was wanting to do the best by both parties and assisted in negotiating a fair deal. I have dealt with many agents over several decades and Jake has been a standout for communication, proactivity and professionalism.
