Our experience with Fareed wasn't the best. When we initially looked at the house he didn't know quite a few things that we asked about it. We found him to be quite pushy during sale negotiations. He sent through the contract late one evening, encouraging us to sign and pay a deposit before our conveyancer could review it. He also passed my number to a connection company, without my permission which lead to harassing calls that went on for weeks. When we made a lower initial offer and mentioned our deposit was just under 10%, he was very dismissive and rude about it. After the sale was official, his responsiveness and timeliness in getting back to us slowed noticeably compared to before the sale. We also followed up post sale about an issue we raised during the sale, and did not hear back from him at all.

Lana was absolutely a positive to deal with. From the 1st initial contact, to the inspections (x2), submitting our offer to the vendor and now to putting the "sold" sign on the board! Couldn't fault a single process. Thank you from both Matthew & I. See you for the keys! 😀

Dean is one of the best agents I have ever met. Not only is he honest beyond reproach, but his communication is also second to none. He is cheerful, polite, calming, and has a very professional manner. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone wanting a good real estate agent. I have had many over the years but Dean would be my pick over all of them!

Great company good communication between all clients involved. My only concern was although not a bad one was the fact they didn't mention the property was fully serviced which it was. Which would of helped in the sale of the property also there were limited pictures of the property only birds eye views.
