Fantastic Communication

We spoke to Jake and advised we were looking at a property but had a few conditions to meet, He took us seriously despite this and he was completely transparent and communicated between ourselves and the vendor flawlessly. I couldn't recommend Jake more. He's been honest and trustworthy and that's hard to find in a salesman.
