At first like most people we guarded ourselves from the typical sales talk and demeanour of stereotypical real estate agents. Consequently we needed to engage an agent to sell our home. From several different choices we chose Jake. I was expecting sleazy punch lines, a half ass approach and cutting corners. Not with Jake. Jake was everything a typical sales agent isn't. Jake is personable, dedicated, knowledgble and humble.
