An incredible communicator, very professional and an excellent auctioneer. And mostly, trustworthy.

We sold our first home with Jake and it was our first time through this process. We were nervous and really stressed, but Jake was able to calm our nerves and take us through the whole process without any issues. He always kept a really positive attitude and always kept us up to date, which meant we knew how our property was going. He was honest and always advised us with our interests in mind. He explained every detail and answered all of our questions (even if they seemed dumb to us). We always felt we could trust what Jake was saying and took on board everything he said, because we trusted what he knew about the market. He also auctioned our property and was incredible. Working with Jake was honestly like working with a good mate I trust. He genuinely cared how we were through the whole process. And our cats liked him to :-)
