When advised by work that I will be moving to Wodonga I contacted a few real estates in ref to properties that I was interested in viewing. I did view two properties from another real estate on my visit. I still have not heard back from that real estate to see what my thoughts are. Jake returned my email and I felt that he was genuinely interested in selling me a property. The most important thing is I felt he took me for my word that I was moving and a genuine buyer. He gave me just enough space to show me he was interested and was more than willing to answer my questions and give me information. On showings he was on time and had all information about the properties available. He also gave me space at the properties to look around with my Mother to chat and make decisions about the property. After the process he still gave me enough space to make my decision. Jake is a very polite young man, he knew his properties, was prepared and knew the surrounding area. As for the other real estates I felt like they didn’t take me seriously about moving to Wodonga. Though I appreciate that shoppers do get around, my email address should have shown that I was serious. I was put into a data base and have never heard back from them again. Oh and yes was told to get back to them closer to the date. Being that I was coming from Adelaide and would not be returning to look at other properties, I needed things in place before I got there. With the understanding that the property maybe under contract when I get there. Hey just show me something similar so I haven’t wasted my time. One just never had a replied. Jake, thank you for making the process pleasant and thank you for being professional. Most of all thank you for believing I was a genuine buyer. Overall Jake was very professional and yes I would recommend Jake and his Real Estate to my friends.
