The initial sales pitch was very good and informative, if i had to fault something and this would be knit picking, was the promise to assist to find a rental if the purchaser was not a investor, the level of assistance here was very poor. We had contacted the office with several inquiries on rental listings but no attempt to return calls or follow up was received. We were also aware of the difficulty to get a 6 month lease but as it turned out we managed to do anyhow. Like i said very knit picky. Thank you so much for all your efforts and certainly exceeded our expectations. If we relist again we will certainly know were to go. Cheers
