Jake and his team were spot on with timing, pricing and marketing

Jake and his team were spot on with timing, pricing and marketing. They were very polite, patient and understanding - I first contacted them in early 2025 but then changed my mind. They'd already done quite a bit of work but just said "Ask us again any time". I returned to them 8 months later and they sold my house within 2 and 1 half months, start to finish and over the Christmas - New Year holidays. They kept me well informed, though sometimes I had to call them first [their only minor fault.]
