I recently sold a rural property through Jake. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Colac Otway area. He provided a realistic and honest appraisal of the property value and market conditions and quickly got the property on the market and secured a great price. He kept in touch through the settlement process and everthing with the sale went smoothly.

Our exchange was transparent, honest and smooth. Not only was he quick to get back to us but Jake also helped us to find a property that suited our needs. We are extremely happy!

Very helpful explaining the process for a first home buyer like myself.

I was a first home buyer and Jake was really helpful in supporting me throughout the entire process. Jake was friendly, approachable and supportive in terms of understanding tasks, timelines, roles, etc. Jake was always very prompt with communication, and went above and beyond in his support in planning, communicating between myself and the owner, and helping me prepare for the move-in.

Jake was great the hole way through buying my first home, very easy going and friendly, made it easy to call him up for a chat and pointed me in the right direction! Highly recommend using Jake

I was very happy with the service & sale of my property. Jake was great to deal with, Thank you.

It was a pleasure working with Jake to sell our investment property. He took the hassle and stress out of the whole process. Jake provided advice and suggestions without any pressure. He understood that it was our property to sell and our decisions to make. Jake was quick to adapt to the changes that were forced due to Covid. I would not hesitate to recommend Jake to anyone looking to buy or sell.

We found Jake very professional and easy to understand especially when thinking of alterations.

He is a great marketer and and a humble person and someone you can trust.

Jake is a very personable, patient and client focused agent who listened to my concerns about dealing with estate agents, as well as my needs regarding the process and outcomes, to develop a strategy that suited me. Unlike previous experiences with agents, Jake delivered on all of his promises and did everything he said he would, exactly as promised. His excellent skills resulted in a fabulous result. Jake made this sale the smoothest of any in my 50 years of property transactions. Thanks Jake!

Jake was fantastic, same as the rest of the team. We couldn't be more happy in our new place. The whole process was so easy thanks to them. Thanks!

Jake assisted me in purchasing my first block of land Jake’s knowledge was amazing and his way of communicating any questions I had, or uncertainty he made clear in terms I understood as it was all very new to me! Jake had a lot of confidence and back knowledge regarding the block of Lind that made me feel assured that it was the right choice throughout the whole process. Jake was a very genuine bloke who loved his job which you could tell, I can’t recommend him enough to others !
