We had already spoken to a couple of other agents before we met Jake. We liked him immediately, he is very knowledgeable and helpful and he made sure we knew all the things that he would put into place to achieve the best possible result for us. I highly recommend Jake and Richardson Real Estate for anyone looking to buy or sell their property. If we were staying in the region, we would definitely deal with him again.
I can’t fault Jake! He was so patient, reassuring and such a pleasure to deal with. He made what could have been such a stressful experience completely seamless. Would definitively recommend him and would use him in future!
We found Jake to be highly knowledgeable, responsive and extremely professional. The sale of our house went as smoothly as we had dared to hope and we put this down to Jake’s experience and professionalism. We highly recommend Jake and the team.
Very knowledgeable to the Colac area, as a first home buyer Jake had great communication and was very helpful throughout the whole process
It was a pleasure dealing with Jake , he was very accommodating ,answered all our enquiries ,very helpful and most of all did his job 110 percent , we were able to sell our property after only a few months where as it took us years with other agents and no results , very happy, settlement went so smoothly everything was just great and would highly recommend Jake from HF Richardson
Best agent in the Colac area and was a pleasure to have at our home. Jake is one of a kind and would recommend him to anyone needing to sell their property. McKenna family.
Jake was very responsive to our needs in terms of inspections and any queries we might have had. Our purchase went very smoothly. Jake assisted in all negotiations with the vendors in a respectful and timely manner.
Jake has excellent knowledge of the area and the properties he is selling. Nothing was ever a problem for him to take care of. He was always available to help with any questions about the property that we were looking at and would do his best to solve them. When we purchased the property times changed at the other property due to covert rules. Jake helped make the move go smoothly for us by being available at the odd times when we needed him.
Jake had a real understanding of the local market and kept me in the loop throughout the process of selling my home I felt quite comfortable knowing my home was in his hands to sell on my behalf. I would not hesitate to recommend Jake to anyone considering buying or selling their property.
Very helpful and informative agent. Found his friendly manner very conducive to the smooth proceedings of the purchase.
Jake was very easy to work with the entire way. His knowledge of the market was excellent. Jake has excellent communication skills and follows everything up in a very efficient and timely manner. I would highly recommend Jake to anyone wanting to sell their property.
