Jake was able to achieve a good result for us on our property. We had two offers at the end of our first open home which were not super strong offers which was a little disappointing given there was so much interest and so many people who attended the open home. The following Monday we received an offer which we accepted as it met the minimum price we would accept. It was great to get a good price and in a short period of time however we were left wondering if it was priced correctly (based on feedback from many others). Given the current market and hearing of others exceeding their asking price we were hopeful that ours might do the same, especially with Jake's expertise in the area. I'm not sure if our expectations were realistic or not but still a good result at the end of the day.
