Upon signing up we had very clear minimum sales figure we required that we needed. This was met upon the sale which happened very quickly. There were a few little mishaps along the way not relating to Jake or Jasmine and were both very quickly to have these sorted and kept us informed of the progress. I felt this service was way beyond expectation. Any information we required was provided with no fuss approach. Harrowing, stressful and frustrating experience.

Jake was very professional and knowledge about the market and they whole process was very quick. Jake and Jasmine were great with getting the property listed and we were looking for a quick sale. Jake more than delivered and we had a cash offer within 7 days of the property being listed online. Needless to say, we were very happy.

Jake and his staff had a difficult time with the sale of our house as there were many changes made to the price in particular in the week leading up to the listing. Jake and his staff worked very hard to get an original two offers just prior to Christmas. Other priorities meant the house got put on the back burner and our reluctance was mirrored in the original accepted offer. When time approached for payment of deposit the buyers changed their minds and we were back to square one. Fortunately Jake's staff worked very hard whilst he was away over the New Year break and eventually presented a third offer, again from a Sydney investor which was accepted. Because Sydney investors are involved all staff were "removed" from the scene and this probably reflected in the delays experienced.
