I cannot recommend James Andrews of Ray White Thornleigh highly enough. James operates with the highest level of integrity, capability and enthusiasm. We had a very difficult house to sell. In fact, two prior very experienced agents tried to sell it without success. Appointing James as our agent was like a ray of sunshine. James initiated a very professional marketing campaign and worked the numbers in terms of enquiries, inspections and issued contracts. Given the awkward position of the house, James had to use superlative negotiating skills with the buyers, and was able to achieve a price beyond our expectations. Then, as luck would have it, there were problems with the inspection and the buyer’s finances. James negotiated on our behalf through all the difficulties until the property finally settled, at the originally agreed upon price. I would give James Andrews a 10 out of 10 rating as our sales agent. I believe that most agents can handle the easy properties, but it takes real talent to achieve a great result for a difficult to market property.

James was lovely, we felt looked after and on level-ground. Communication was great, we had one meltdown the night before the auction but we got a swift email back to give us help! Yay! Sadly the time had come for our parents aged in their 90's to move out of the family home of 45 years.
