James was lovely and accomodating but I have a few suggestions that I think would be helpful to prospective buyer that are not a reflection on James. I think the basic information on what you need to do to prepare yourself when buying a property I.e. what to look for, things to ask the real estate agent, what to test when viewing the property for settlement and even what utilities you need to organise and when. Often I’ve had to ask friends who have been through the process themselves as none do this information was readily available. Secondly, I am a bit disappointed that I’m finding out about a leaking sink and power points that don’t work in the apartment and the fact that the hot water system last only 5-7 minutes. This information should really have been shared.

James was easy to work with and was engaging and constructive.

We decided to sell our one bedroom, one car space apartment in Prahran. We approached Belle Property, Armadale and an arrangement was made to meet Andrew James at the apartment. The lockdown was partially lifted, and several inspections occurred. After each inspection James gave us feedback on the inspection. Eventually, when the lockdown was lifted, a buyer was found who offered a price that we accepted. Throughout the whole process James and Andrew were friendly, courteous, and very professional.
