We cannot thank James enough for his dedication, professionalism and outstanding communication throughout the entire sale campaign. We were very impressed with James’ knowledge of both the surrounding area and of comparable properties, given he is also a local resident. We appreciated the regular updates from James in regards to open attendance numbers, feedback from potential buyers and being kept informed where pre auction offers or private inspections were arranged.
