James is a balanced family man who just happens to love his job. You really can't go wrong with James. He will do what is right and honest so I wouldn't hesitate buying off him too. (which we did on the first occasion we encountered him). This time around he was selling our property which was a difficult, quite unique piece of real estate that would only suit a particular set of individuals.
