When buying property I am mindful of the fact that the agent works for (and is paid by) the seller. With this in mind I did find James very direct and helpful when it came to negotiation. I was very grateful for this. He also relayed my love of the property to the owner, which may have helped me secure the purchase.

James is a balanced family man who just happens to love his job. You really can't go wrong with James. He will do what is right and honest so I wouldn't hesitate buying off him too. (which we did on the first occasion we encountered him). This time around he was selling our property which was a difficult, quite unique piece of real estate that would only suit a particular set of individuals. On the sale of our property he was attentive to detail, knew all the right people to assist with preparing the house for sale, was prompt in responding to questions, inquiries and our need for advise on a range of matters. We were overseas for the majority of the time the house was on the market, James kept us well informed and went way beyond the call of duty in sweeping decks and preparing the house each week for viewing.
