James was always on hand to help with any queries outside office hours and was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the local market. Although we did have to drop our price from the original estimate we understand that you have to meet the market and we were still happy with what James achieved for us. We enjoyed working with James and thank him for his support during what can be a stressful time. We would highly recommend James to sell your property and would use again in the future.
