From our initial discussions preparing the property for sale and managing a number of small works pre-sale, to arranging surveys, and advising on marketing James and Lyndall were extremely professional and very helpful. This was important given the 9-11 hour time difference on telephone calls. Their advice was accurate and timely, especially when guiding us through the process from auction to private treaty and then achieving the final sale price. Would highly recommend them.
