With a background in the food & beverage industry, both in Australia and overseas, James has built a strong customer service ethic with excellent communication skills and has an empathy for the challenges faced by clients when buying or selling a home. James' approach is to build genuine rapport with both clients and colleagues with a common goal of helping people achieve their property dreams in a positive and patient way. Away from the office, James enjoys time spent with his wife and two young daughters – time spent, more often than not, in the beautiful Bayside outdoors! When time permits he enjoys the odd game of golf and, after his years in the industry, has kept up a keen interest in cooking and fine wine.
