Previously we have dealt with real estate agents who have not acted in the best interests of the seller/buyer. As a local Tasmanian buyer "competing" with other buyers (especially interstate investors who are prepared to buy sight unseen) it was good to have an agent who kept negotiations fair and honest for all parties.
