The only reason I've not given James 5 stars for everything is because I was the purchaser, and of course he was acting for the vendor. It's his job to act for the other party! ....and to negotiate for them, not me. I paid a little too much so the vendor will rate him highly and I'll shrug! I say this in the best spirit of business! It's a sort of merry dance where all stakeholders have their role to play in pursuit of the best outcome for themselves. Also, I always disregard the market opinion of the vendor's agent so cannot honestly comment on it or his credibility. James was at all times prompt, communicative and well mannered. He was generous with his time after exchange by advising on prospective tenants. (I got a good one who moved in 24hrs after settlement so this was quite a bonus). He attended quickly and professionally to an issue raised at the final inspection...and kept communication lines open during a delay for access. Even after settlement he obliged my small request for remaining promotional material. My new property was well photographed, advertised and presented. I was a demanding purchaser - time poor and a thousand miles way. James remained patient, cheerful and professional when the same could not always be said of me! I'm delighted with my tiny cottage and thank James for his contribution to this outcome.
