James communicated very well throughout the sales cycle & structured a sales process that worked well for this property - starting with localised marketing within the neighbourhood & then broader marketing for sale by private treaty to provide time for potential buyers to organise finance for this Company Titled property, which is not straight forward. James negotiated well with potential buyers and achieved a result that I was happy with, within a reasonable timeframe.
