James also made the difference, he seemed experienced was down to earth and easy to talk to, offering information without the "hard sell" My first point of contact with James was regarding general information over the phone about a "maybe" sale. I always imagine buying our first home would be a very stressful event, especially after having read about some of the bad experiences people have had buying or renting a property. With James, it was easy, and smooth from the first property inspection. He is relaxed, friendly and forthcoming when we have any question. He suggested warmly welcomed us coming back to visit the property " any time " by just giving him a call before the auction ( the property was not occupied ) and we did take up the opportunity which gave us so much more time for making up our mind. Even after the purchase, he goes out of his way by letting us in the property a few times so that we can plan the renovations, having architect and engineering coming for measurements etc. Very happy to have met James and bought our home, no stress, just enjoyment.
