James also made the difference, he seemed experienced was down to earth and easy to talk to, offering information without the "hard sell" My first point of contact with James was regarding general information over the phone about a "maybe" sale. I was pleased with his prompt and clear communication regarding marketing, costing and commission etc via email. After receiving this info we felt confident to proceed. It seemed a good match when James suggested private treaty for our property which we believed was the best way to sell. The whole transaction was seamless from first point of contact to end. James was good value for money as he was energetic and stayed three steps ahead with every aspect of the process.
