I always imagine buying our first home would be a very stressful event, especially after having read about some of the bad experiences people have had buying or renting a property. With James, it was easy, and smooth from the first property inspection. He is relaxed, friendly and forthcoming when we have any question. He suggested warmly welcomed us coming back to visit the property " any time " by just giving him a call before the auction ( the property was not occupied ) and we did take up the opportunity which gave us so much more time for making up our mind.
