James Callinan has more than 11 years experience as a senior property consultant. He holds a Certificate of Registration and a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. Before joining PRDnationwide, James specialised in residential, rural and prestige properties and he brings that extensive knowledge to this role. More recently James has also enjoyed working with investors in determining yields, potential growth and depreciation benefits.

James has been an active member of the Newcastle & Hunter Rugby Union community, having been part of the representative squad over the last 10 years. He is now an active member for Merewether Carlton as a player and now more so as a coach.
