Could not recommend Tim enough. Everything was handled on time and with easy. He is laid back and down to earth, while still delivering above and beyond.

Within reason he was very upfront and forthcoming with information that we needed to know. His communication was always fast and we never had to chase him up for anything (anything we asked we knew he would do). Was a pleasure dealing with him and made the whole process a lot easier.

Tim is down to earth but don’t let it fool you, he’s amazing at what he does. Not your typical real estate personality but a humble and real person. Went above and beyond for us, and absolutely smashed our expectation on our sale price. If I’m ever selling in Newcastle again, no matter where he is, Tim will be my agent. Could not recommend him highly enough.
