With James, we were never unsure of what was happening with our property. We were kept meticulously in the loop, and whenever we had questions James was available to ask. James also helped us with his thoughts and feedback on negotiations and contract reviews for properties we were looking at ourselves, even though he stood to gain nothing from those transactions. Extremely positive attitude which is great durinf what is usually a very stressful time for anyone.
