James Carmicahel from L.J. Hooker was more than helpful in arranging a time that worked in for us both to look at this perspective unit for sale. Now this happened three times over a month and in each time he was very obliging in meeting during our time slot requests. James knew the area very well and answered most of our questions regarding the property. Best thing, he wasn't pushy and in the end put both our proposed offers to the seller as requested by us.
