James was fabulous to work with. Listened to my needs, handled everything calmly, even when there were some frustrating hurdles. He didn't just wait for people to roll in straight from realestate.com, he was on the phone before the listing went up, receiving offers prior to the campaign. The property sold on the first open. He called me to let me know he'd got the price I was after, but then called me hours later to let me know he'd negotiated more. He did need to go that extra mile but he did.

James was professional and attentive from my first inquiry through to being sold. I’m a very busy person and often difficult to get hold of, but James communicated extremely well and gave good logical reasoning for how we should progress through the sale. I would definitely use James again in the future.
