He gave advice on what kind of buyer would be interested in the property and whether it was worthwhile financially do do anything work in the property prior to listing, We took his advice on going with an Auction rather than private sale and are we so glad we trusted him! The sale price well exceeded the reserve price but that really came down to James’ hard work on getting as many people registered bidders in the 3 weeks we gave him to market the property.
