Despite being a busy man, James was always easy to reach, down to earth and spent considerable time talking with us about our purchase, the area we were buying in, and buying real estate in general. We were very pleased with our negotiations and the time James took to be present during all of our discussions/meetings - both about our purchase, and about turning our existing property into and investment property. I'd like to say a huge thank you to James Clark and his team for the awesome work in selling our home. My wife and I interviewed multiple agents in the area, and as soon as we met with James, we called off our search and gave him the keys to our house. It was our first time selling a house and we were pretty nervous from the start. James gave us a sense of confidence that we just didn't get from competitor agencies. Another stand out quality was the constant communication. I made it clear from the start that I like to be kept in the loop and James did just that, from the beginning of the process, right through to settlement. James said to us on our first meeting that there's no guarantee's in this business, but then went on to say he will have multiple offers on our property within the first weekend and a signed contract in our hand Monday night. It sounded to good to be true, but true to his word, we had multiple contracts in our hands on Monday, with a negotiated price exceeding our expectations. No finance clause, building and pest organised for the following morning, and within 5 business days we had an unconditional contract. We really couldn't have asked for a better result and again would like to thank James and his team for such a great outcome.
